Meet The Team!

Lauren Davis (LD): Founder of MVMT House

Lauren Davis has dedicated the past 17 years to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. She earned her degree in Exercise Science from the University of Alabama and has been a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor for over 15 years.

With a background in sports performance and rehabilitation, Lauren spent 15 years in the sports training world as a licensed sports massage therapist while teaching Pilates to a diverse range of clients—from beginners and active adults to collegiate teams and professional athletes. This breadth of experience has given her a deep understanding of movement, injury prevention, recovery, and long-term physical wellness.

Lauren believes Pilates is for every body, regardless of age, experience, or fitness level. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve mobility, recover from injury, enhance athletic performance, or simply feel better in your everyday life, her approach is centered on meeting you where you are and helping you move with confidence.

Beyond movement, Lauren is passionate about holistic wellness and the restorative benefits of sound therapy. Through MVMT House, she has created a welcoming space where strength, movement, recovery, and mindfulness come together to help every client feel empowered, supported, and connected to their body.

Tamara Pinto

With 18 years in the fitness industry and the last 6 dedicated to Pilates, Tamara brings a wealth of experience, energy, and personality into every class she teaches. Over the years, she’s learned that the best workouts are the ones that challenge you, build confidence, and still leave room for a little fun along the way

Fiery, feisty, and full of energy, Tamara genuinely loves helping people discover just how strong and capable they are. Her classes are intentional and challenging, with a focus on purposeful movement, thoughtful cueing, and creating an environment where everyone feels supported while being encouraged to push just a little beyond what they thought they could do.

She believes there’s something incredibly empowering about realizing your body is capable of more than you expected — whether that means finding a little more strength, holding on for one more rep, or simply showing up for yourself that day.

For Tamara, movement isn’t just about getting through a workout. It should leave you feeling stronger, more confident, more connected to your body, and genuinely good when you walk out the door. She brings that philosophy into every class while making sure there’s plenty of laughter and lightness mixed in! And, of course, you can always count on a fire playlist.

Come ready to move, work, sweat, laugh, and probably shake a little. Tamara will be right there with you — bringing the energy and reminding you just how strong you really are.

Kelley Landers

With a background in ballet and classical Pilates, Kelley brings a beautiful blend of grace, precision, and strength to her teaching. Her years of movement experience have given her an incredible eye for detail, and she has a natural ability to notice the subtle adjustments that can completely transform the way an exercise feels.

Kelley’s classes are rooted in the foundations of classical Pilates, with an emphasis on alignment, control, breath, and intentional movement. She takes the time to help clients understand not only what they’re doing, but how to move with greater awareness and connection to their bodies.

Her teaching style is calm, thoughtful, and encouraging—but don’t let her gentle approach fool you. Her classes are challenging in all the right ways, building strength through precision and control while delivering that signature Pilates burn. At the same time, she creates an environment that feels welcoming and approachable for beginners, offering clear guidance and thoughtful modifications along the way.

Whether you’re stepping onto a reformer for the first time or looking to deepen an established Pilates practice, Kelley will challenge you to slow down, refine the details, and discover just how powerful intentional movement can be.
